"The Meaning" is the best dictionary software in Thailand. This software is not qualified to be less than the software of foreign and it's FREEWARE too. "The Meaning" is suitable for the ordinary people of all especially students.

Variety of features such as vocabulary in many languages. Online translation over 42 languages, Currency conversion, Units conversion, Point and then translated for the general program, Word speech available in 9 languages, There is a tool for reading a paragraph that help to search vocabulary of the whole paragraph in one time and not necessary to find vocabulary of each word anymore, Finally "The Meaning" has a function to save the result of paragraph reader or translation or unit conversion or currency conversion to be a file which able to use for studying later.

There are many dictionary programs in the world and ofcourse many programs do well and useful but in my opinion they still are not match with the real usage.

Because some of them are slow or unable to use on new OS such as Microsoft Windows Vista etc., and of course that may enter in to the copyright. Moreover, almost of them are not usually up to date their database and/or even blocked their database as well.

At the present, many dictionary databases are collected and/or disclosed to the public by educational organization, development group and others which it are allowed to use for free. Then i would like to take this opportunity to thank you all of them for excellent dictionary databases and it is the beginning of “The Meaning Project”
